877but Terms & Conditions — The Rules That Govern Your Account and Use of This Platform

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "the Player", "you") and 877but ("877but", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the 877but website, mobile platform, and all associated gaming services available at 877but.org.

By accessing the 877but platform in any capacity — including browsing, registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, placing wagers, participating in promotions, or withdrawing funds — you confirm that you have read, understood, and irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with any additional terms and conditions applicable to specific products or promotions as communicated on the relevant section of the 877but platform.

These Terms are supplemented by, and should be read in conjunction with, the 877but Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form integral parts of your agreement with 877but. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 877but platform.

To register and maintain an account with 877but, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity) acting in your personal capacity.

877but reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence within the timeframe specified by 877but may result in account suspension pending review.

Each individual may hold only one (1) active account with 877but at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering your 877but account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must promptly update this information if it changes. Providing false or misleading information during registration — including misrepresenting your age — is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in criminal liability in addition to account termination.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. 877but strongly recommends that all users enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their accounts. You agree to:

• Not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances;
• Not permit any other person to access your 877but account;
• Notify the 877but support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account;
• Accept full responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account credentials.

877but will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from 877but requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to the support team immediately.

All financial transactions on the 877but platform are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 877but does not accept deposits in foreign currencies or process currency conversions of any kind.

The following payment methods are accepted for deposits on the 877but platform: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and standard debit card transactions. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. 877but does not impose fees on deposits made to your account; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which 877but accepts no liability.

You warrant that all funds deposited into your 877but account are lawfully owned by you and are not proceeds of any criminal, fraudulent, or money-laundering activity. 877but complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for any deposit or series of deposits.

877but reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or delay any deposit that triggers AML monitoring thresholds, appears inconsistent with your normal gaming pattern, or cannot be verified as originating from a payment method registered in your name.

You may request withdrawal of funds from your 877but account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500;
• You must complete Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification before your first withdrawal request is processed. KYC documentation typically includes a government-issued photo identification (CNIC or passport) and proof of payment method ownership;
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name and previously used to deposit funds, unless otherwise approved by 877but's compliance team;

JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 2–5 minutes of approval. Bank transfers to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank may take up to one working day depending on the receiving institution's processing schedule.

877but reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on any withdrawal request at its absolute discretion, particularly for large withdrawals or where the account activity appears unusual. During such reviews, the relevant funds will be held pending clearance. 877but will communicate clearly with the account holder regarding the status and any documentation required to complete the review.

877but offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions as detailed on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is accepted. The following general rules apply to all 877but bonuses unless otherwise explicitly stated:

• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before the bonus amount — or winnings derived therefrom — become eligible for withdrawal. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated on the promotion page;
• Time limits: Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated on the relevant promotion. Expired bonuses are forfeited without compensation;

All bets and wagers placed on the 877but platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or market. In the event of any conflict between specific game rules and these Terms, the specific game rules will prevail in respect of gameplay; these Terms will prevail in all other respects.

877but reserves the right to void any bet or wager where:

• It was placed on the basis of an erroneous price, odd, or market configuration arising from a technical error or human error by 877but;
• The outcome of the event was already known at the time the bet was placed;
• The bet was placed in circumstances that constitute fraud, collusion, or match manipulation;
• The bet resulted from a software malfunction, glitch, or system error on the 877but platform.

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and games at 877but. These limits may vary by game category, market type, and account tier. 877but reserves the right to adjust stake limits for individual accounts at its discretion, including in response to consistently winning patterns that fall outside normal player distributions.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 877but platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point;
• Registering or operating more than one 877but account;
• Using automated betting software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any form of mechanical or electronic assistance to gain an advantage over the platform or other players;
• Engaging in collusion with other players, whether in live casino games, poker formats, or any other multiplayer environment;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or platform errors rather than reporting them to 877but immediately upon discovery;
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering or any other financial crime through the 877but platform;
• Engaging in bonus abuse as defined in Section 6 of these Terms;
• Accessing the 877but platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable law, where you are aware that such access is prohibited;
• Allowing a third party to use your 877but account, regardless of whether they are a family member, friend, or associate;
• Using the 877but platform for any purpose other than personal recreational gaming.

All content on the 877but platform — including but not limited to the 877but brand name, logo, website design, software, graphics, text, images, audio-visual elements, and game content — is the exclusive property of 877but or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 877but platform for personal recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any 877but content without express written permission;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any 877but software;
• Use the 877but name, logo, or branding in any context without prior written authorisation from 877but;
• Frame or link to 877but in a manner that misrepresents the nature of the platform or your relationship with it.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 877but, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable for any of the following:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, business, goodwill, or anticipated savings arising from your use of the 877but platform;
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any nature arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the 877but platform;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the 877but platform arising from technical failures, maintenance, or circumstances beyond 877but's reasonable control;
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information provided on the 877but platform that is subsequently found to be inaccurate or incomplete;
• Any actions or omissions of third-party payment processors, software providers, or telecommunications providers that affect your ability to access or use 877but.

Nothing in these Terms limits 877but's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by its negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

877but is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations in this regard seriously. As a condition of your continued use of the 877but platform, you agree to the following:

• You will only gamble with funds you can afford to lose without material impact on your financial situation or personal wellbeing;
• You will not attempt to recover losses by increasing bet sizes beyond your normal patterns ("chasing losses");
• You will make use of the responsible gaming tools available in your 877but account — including deposit limits, loss caps, session timers, and reality checks — if you believe you are displaying signs of problematic gambling behaviour;
• You will self-exclude from the 877but platform if gambling has ceased to be a form of entertainment for you and has become a source of financial or personal distress.

877but reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Failure to complete identity verification within the timeframe requested by 877but;
• Engagement in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8 of these Terms;
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime;
• Request by a regulatory authority, law enforcement body, or court order;
• Inactivity of more than 12 consecutive months where the account holds a balance — 877but will notify you before any inactivity fee is applied.

You may close your own 877but account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance (excluding bonus funds subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to your nominated payment method following completion of standard verification procedures.

The collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal data by 877but is governed by the 877but Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the 877but platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. 877but will endeavour to notify registered users of material changes via their registered email address or through a platform notification, but this notification is a courtesy and not a legal obligation.

Your continued use of the 877but platform following the posting of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of and agreement to the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the 877but platform and may request account closure as described in Section 12.

The version of the Terms applicable to any specific dispute is the version that was in effect at the time the disputed event occurred.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them — including disputes regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 877but holds its international gaming licence.

In the event of a dispute between you and 877but, you are encouraged to contact the 877but support team in the first instance. The support team will endeavour to resolve all disputes promptly, fairly, and transparently. Most account queries and disputes are resolved within 48 hours of initial contact.

If you are dissatisfied with the outcome of the internal dispute resolution process, you may escalate your complaint to 877but's licensing authority using the contact and escalation information provided in your account documentation. 877but will cooperate fully with any investigation conducted by the licensing authority.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
